If you are unhappy with your purchase, please conact us via email. We will happily provide you with a store credit given that the below requirements are met.

RETURN

30 Day Returns

You have up to 30 days from the order being placed, to request a return.

• The item is brand new, unused, and includes all original packaging and tags.

• The item is in pristine condition, with no marks, scratches, or signs of wear.

• The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for return.

• Earrings cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.

A store credit will be sent to your email as a gift card or code, with no expiration, allowing you to select another exquisite item from our collection.

Flat Rate Fee

The flat rate fee of $8.95 will be deducted from store credit received upon return.

Faulty or Damaged

Should your item arrive damaged or with a defect, kindly contact us at byelaelegance@gmail.com, including 2–3 clear images, your order number, and a brief description. We will promptly assist you with the next steps.
